As a result, I have been able to gradually connect with tea farmers across the country, and for the past five years, I have been introducing and exporting tea both in Japan and abroad, creating original blends, and holding tea workshops. On a personal trip to Russia, I also visited the world's northernmost tea plantation in Sochi, Russia, and saw the difference in the tea leaves and the environment. We usually hold cooking classes, and we are spreading the word about how to enjoy tea in everyday life and how to use it in recipes. It is a daily pleasure to find my favorite flavor by devising tea characteristics and brewing methods directly from the farmers, and to brew delicious tea without being bound by conventional wisdom.
