What you'll do

We’ll start the class by meeting all of the students and introducing the menu. Next, I will go over the setup and the game plan of how the class will run, including the order of the food. In my bright and airy chef's kitchen, I will lead you through a class showing you all of the pro tips for making the dishes along with ideas on entertaining and setting up your dream kitchen. This will include multiple angles to cover each technique. Throughout the class, we will take moments for Q&A.

While living in New York, I attended the famed French Culinary Institute in SOHO. I worked in the kitchens at The James Beard Foundation and Blue Hill at Stone Barnes as part of The Farm Powered Kitchen Program. As a Father's Day gift for me, my son in San Fran and I in Toronto signed up for Theodore's class on How to Throw a Dinner Party. I felt a personal connection right away with the chef. Theodore was very approachable and personable. I would definitely recommend this session to my friends. By the way, when we finished the lesson, my wife inhaled the final product in record time!
