What you'll do
Cooking for me since I was little has been an act of love, an art to enjoy and with which you can learn a lot about the history of a country and its people. Peru is not only a gastronomic place par excellence, but its food and everything that the kitchen means to us is what gives us identity and makes us feel proud. In this interactive experience we will learn together to prepare a delicious Peruvian ceviche, its ingredients, processes, sauces and a pisco sour to toast together for one of the most emblematic and delicious Peruvian dishes. I will teach you the techniques and secrets that I have been able to learn over the years and although I am in my house in Peru, you will have the opportunity to prepare two of the most exquisite Peruvian recipes and with the supplies you have in your country to adapt and that you can do it yourself at home.
The most important thing for me is that despite the distance, we feel that we are together and that when this interactive class ends, you want to come to Peru and we can meet personally and try together what we now do remotely.
