About me

Salón Rosario was created by Hardey Martínez and Katri Walker in 2019. Previously, in 2014 Hardey founded Gente de Mezcal, a mezcal company dedicated to creating the highest quality, small batches, always respecting local production scale whilst highlighting the variety, purity and particular flavour of each agave variety. Three of his mezcals have been awarded gold and double gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition; proof of his dedication to quality. Hardey is our Experience Designer, Katri handles all communication with guests, Mónica manages our venue and our team of expert mixologists, Sade, Caro & Eli take turns hosting the experience.
