What you'll do

We will be cooking traditional Pakistani recipes from the comfort of your home. I will share stories about my culture and cuisine and will be teaching you techniques and tricks to put together a delicious meal. Most of my recipes have come down generations and therefore are very close to my heart. I will explain each recipe in detail, give a demo, and make sure each and every instruction is clear.

Note: Please reach out for special menus for a special occasion! This experience is great for teams, team building, private parties, celebrations, and holidays! Special holiday menus on request!

Please feel free to ask any questions or if you have any dietary restrictions and would like to know about substitutes. If you feel you have missed any instruction please send a message in chat.

What to bring

  • For seekh kebabs- 1 lb ground chicken/beef/lamb
  • 4 slices white/brown bread- crumbled to breadcrumbs , 1 egg whisked
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped 2 green chilies, finely chopped (Serrano,jalapeño)
  • 1 medium yellow/red onion, finely diced, 1 garlic clove, minced, 1tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tsp paprika (smoked works well too), 1 Tsp pepper, 1 Tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil(canola, vegetable)
