What you'll do

Chi gong meditation for 30 minutes. Slap/ roller muscle relaxation for 10 minutes. Strength training 10 minutes. Body surfing 30 minutes. Videos taping of training for self improvement for 40 minutes.
Other things to note
Barefoot recommended. Comfortable clothes. Free spirit and lots of fun attitude.
