    Use Zoom to participate on your desktop or mobile device. After you book you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join.

    Sandrine can host private groups of any size, up to 30 guests. Private group rates start at $298.

The foundation of the class is using touch as a grounding and centering technique. I learned so much about myself and my partner as we navigated the intersections between physical connection and movement and also stillness. I loved that we were encouraged to engage all of our senses during that class. Gabi created the most welcoming environment and did a great job of guiding us throughout the class. The purpose and structure of this class makes it a great fit for EVERY body! Per my partners very eager request, we will be doing this again very soon!!! Thank you Gabi and Dave!

Sandrine helped me and my coworkers relax before the weekend! I love that she tied it back to how it could help us in our day-to-day remote work in front of a computer. Her calming voice was easy to get lost in and she provided beginner-friendly stretches, an intro to meditation and ended with gentle yoga on the mat. She was also quick to respond to my questions while I was planning too.

Very nice and relaxing way to end the week. Sandrine is very nice, calm and friendly. She’s really in touch with the partipant needs. Even though I had a technical issue with my Bluetooth (totally my fault!), I would recommend to anyone who need to unwind and learn to let go of performance. Felt so good to slown down and actually truly be in the moment.
