I am a classically-trained professional chef, and trainer of chefs, with decades of experience. I have been teaching cooking through a variety of venues including Airbnb Experiences for the past four years. My background is Italian, but I'm a student of world cuisines, learning about cultures and food by hosting nearly two dozen exchange students from around the world.
