My name is Paweł Wątor and I run one of the best cocktail bars in Poland, awarded in many competitions, such as Bar of the Year 2017. Foodpairing so matching the food with drinks is my speciality and passion what makes each of our tastings very interesting culinary experience.

Eliksir is located in the Garrison - a historic, attractive and dynamically developing part of the Gdańsk Wrzeszcz district. The beautiful Commander's Villa, in which Eliksir is located is a tangible proof of the mysterious history of the Garrison area. It is a prestigious place that combines the elegance of 19th-century architecture with a modern arrangement.
