Food and nutrition has been a passion and way of life for me since the early days of my life...being a registered dietitian by profession I not only focus on the nutritional aspects of food but also share culinary history and heritage of each and every dish taught in the workshop. These workshops not only leave the guests well informed about a healthy eating habit but they also take home valuable knowledge in regards to Indian cuisine...its deep rooted connect to Ayurveda and the medicinal value of each and every Indian spice.
