Keisuke and Olga were beyond amazing hosts. We had so much fun going to a shiitake farm and it was really helpful for Keisuke to take us to the supermarket and show us ingredients we didn't know were vegan. We then were very impressed to see their garden. With a cornucopia of vegetables, it made us want to plant our own garden back home! We could not have had fresher produce as we picked all the vegetables ourselves before cooking them. Keisuke worked with us on ideas for our meal together and we made a full menu together including tempura, which we loved! It was an experience we will cherish and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to prepare an amazing meal with incredible hosts.
