What you'll do

IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND, THAT ALL PROFITS FROM THIS EXPERIENCE GO TOWARDS BUILDING AND MAINTAINING THE LOCAL MTB TRAILS!!!

Ok, so, we will meet in downtown Sayulita at our local Bike Rental and Repair Shop, where our guests will get a Quality and Full Suspension Mountain bike, helmet, water bottle and globes.

From here, we will head North through cobblestone streets for 1 Km till we reach the beautiful jungle area between Sayulita and San Pancho.

Here we will be able to ride a wide array of Jungle Singletrack trails, build by us. We will have different options to ride, we can go on a flatter beginner ride that takes us to a beautiful beach, or if you are more advanced we can climb to the top of the mountains for a great view and some flowy singletrack descents.

Expect to be surrounded by lush, green jungle, crossing streams, and ridding tight and supper fun singletrack. Every now and then we will stop at a view or at a point of interest, maybe a super cool tree, some local animal's burrow, or a short technical section where we can try different lines.

Most of our rides take about 2 hours, there is plenty of riding here for an advanced rider to ride for about 2.5 hours not stop, and , we are adding more and more trails every day. However, if we take it slowly, take pictures and stop a few times , we could be out in the Jungle Trails for up to 3.5 hours

Hello, my name is Javier, I have been fortunate enough to spend most of my life biking, surfing and doing outdoor activities.

I moved from Guadalajara to Sayulita in 2005, with the goal of living a life closer to nature and surf. When I moved to Sayulita, there were no Mountain Biking trails nearby, I stopped biking for a few years and really missed it.

Fortunately, in 2016, a visit from some members of IMBA (International Mountain Biking Association) to Sayulita, changed my life for good. This great people, showed me and a few friends how to sustainably build trails in our area, and what started as a weekend course, turned into a passion for me.

For the last 4 years, I have been building Singletrack trails in the jungle between Sayulita and San Pancho, and it has turned out to be one of the most fulfilling things in my life.

Muy buenos los trails, buen flow y mucha vegetación, con exigencia pedaleando y muy disfrutable la bajada especialmente la pista jabalina

If you own a mountain bike then you should ride the growing trail system in Sayulita. Great way to see the jungle and trails were well maintained and had a lot of variability.

If you want to ride a legit mountain bike on legit trails, this is your place. Hugo was a great guide. The trails are properly built and maintained for MTB. No hike a bikes and good flow on the downhill.

The guide I went with was very helpful, took the ride at my pace, and made it a very enjoyable experience. There were several spots where we stopped to take in views and walk on the beach, allowing me to take in the scenery as well. Great value and an experience I’d recommend.

The bikes were great quality: full suspension and droppers, good tires, very happy with the bikes! Hugo was a careful and accommodating guide. The trails were challenging for a group of intermediate cross country riders, but very doable and easy to walk/roll what we wanted to skip. A solid workout. Would do it again and recommend to others.

This is a great experience. Really well maintained trails in the jungle, with varying levels of difficulty. Well worth the experience (and you'll definitely burn some calories)!
