Gregg was such a great host! I'm writing this review on behalf of a larger group (about 10 of us) who were able to partake in this experience. We booked this experience as a team building activity - what a great way to get to know one another without it feeling super forced. Members of the group came back raving about the experience and how grateful they were to be a part of it. If you're looking for an activity that is a good way to get to know part of the city, while also getting a little bit of relaxation, this is the experience for you. Thank you Gregg!

This is an incredibly beautiful experience that Gregg creates for folks. I brought my MIL and it was such a nice way to connect and share with her. Gregg is such a warm and thoughtful guide—he clearly loves sharing his love of nature and the amount of openness he was able to foster in a group of strangers was magical. It was my first forest bathing experience and 1000% would recommend signing up to go with Gregg. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing and unique experience forest bathing with Gregg in SF. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested and open to trying out something new and rejuvenating. It was lovely to spend some reflective time in nature and share that time with those in the group. Thank you Gregg!

Gregg creates a wonderful container for getting in touch with the natural world, and also one's self. I had a wonderful time, and felt so serine and connected to life be the end of the experience. Thank you!
