6 hours
Includes food
Up to 10 people

What you'll do

The day will begin with a short introduction and talking circle at Rydal farm where we will load up the horses with our food and equipment for the day. We will check your kit, your comfort and your concerns.

We will set off from Rydal Hall to some amazing ancient trees where we will practice some balance and emotional resilience work, on, in and amongst the trees with expert, free solo tree climber and founder of The Happy Naked Ape, Ben Atkinson.

We will then embark on a hike and nature trail, through the woodland, up to a breathtaking beauty swimming spot for wild swimming or paddling. Some foraging and tips along the way.

Time to warm up and get hands on with an outdoors bushcraft cooking experience with an expert forager and bushcrafter (having worked on the Bear Grylls TV show) Ffijon Harris. We will cook up a natural and fulfilling feast in surroundings that will nourish your soul.

Then its time to relax. We meditate with the horses and find true stillness and connection before we pack up and ramble back down the fellside.

Prepare to be transformed.

As seen in the BBC, ITV and The Sunday Times; I am a therapist and meditation teacher and I use animals and nature to inspire, soothe regulate and teach my clients. I have studied and loved horses my whole life and dedicated myself to studying Yoga, meditation and Eastern Philosophy. I have travelled to India and Bhutan to learn from the masters. Having spent hundreds of hours meditating with my own horses, in nature, and studying their behaviour and my own self growth, I've constructed the perfect formula for intense relaxation that will benefit the health of your mind, body and soul. I am a votary of happiness and believe, the connected to nature people are the happier we will all be.

Would absolutely recommend and do again. Brilliant from start to end and a wonderful time in all respects! I booked for myself and my girlfriend as a special thing to do on her birthday. It didn't disappoint and we both left feeling invigorated, yet totally relaxed and happy. Thank you so much!
