Basically we will show you the history of mezcal, the regions where it is produced, the different kind of agaves that’s we have in Oaxaca and finally we will teach you how to drink mezcal and finally do a tasting on different kind of agaves

This was a fun way to learn a lot about mezcal and understand the varietals we were likely to encounter for sale in the city/region.
