Hi, I am YOKO!
I am a licensed guide interpreter for the Kumano Kodo area since 2014.
I offer hiking tours in the local area. Nachi Katsuura town is the spiritual place where the big waterfall is worshiped.

I have had the fortunate experience of living in and visiting many countries, including Australia, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia and Bangladesh. I can speak Japanese, English, and basic Bengali.

I grew up in Osaka and have also lived in Hongu. I moved in the beautiful village in Nachi Katsuura town in 2015. My family grow vegetables, rice & organic tea.
I would love to show you around the villages. Also, I can give you lots of tips about making the most of your stay here!

I hope to share with you the beauty of this area while learning more about you and your adventures!
