What you'll do

Let's dress up in a genuine KIMONO feeling Japan's traditional dignity. You can choose from plentiful color variations and sizies of Kimono, even big size (Women 150-180cm; Men 160-190cm). Summer time, I will prepare Kyoto brand yukata. But if you want to wear real kimono, you can try it inside the room.(outside is really hot) After dressing up, we will go to nearby Shibamata Taisyakuten Temple(known as the location of Japanese movie films.)It is a simple, local, quiet temple with wonderful garden and Buddhist sculptures carved throughout. Here on weekdays it is really calm and we can enjoy amazing art to our hearts content and take a lot of pictures of you wearing a kimono with the back of the temple garden. The Shibamata approach road is lined with shops selling delicious foods and souvenirs and people offers friendly and warm voices to you. And let's have a Tea Break dressing up in a Kimono in my house. You can enjoy green tea with Japanese sweets. This is the original pattern. And as I wrote at the beginning, I would like guests to try on Japanese luxury kimonos, look at the types and materials of kimonos, and try new possibilities for kimonos. My Home page adress. Let,s enjoy Kimono I will write in English as much as possible. I would like to pay a half fee for children, so I will pay at the time of booking a regular fee and finally refund it

Since February of last year, 600 guests from 40 countries have come to my experience and I have been working hard on hosting. My Kimono experience is different from a normal shop, using my retired husband,s office(clinic examination room and waiting room) to use my kimono, my daughter,s kimono and many high quality kimonos sent from many people. One guest wrote in a review that "my kimono experience was not fake". I always want them to experience authentic Japanese kimono, Buddhism and Japanese culture, and contact with local people. And now I also want LGBTQ+ people to participate, because I want to expand the possibilities of kimono by touching their senses and sensitivities. We want to express our love for kimono with the help of our guests, including the innovation in the Japanese kimono industry. Now I need your true feeling.

Where you'll be

Let's meet at Kimono Dressing shop KOTI (my house) 2 min on foot from Keisei-Takasago station of the Keisei-Oshiage line. After dressing up, we will go out and take a train for one stop to Shibamata station, and explore Shibamata Taisyakuten temple. There are wonderful garden and many Buddhist sculptures, and on weekdays you can take lots of beautiful pictures in a quiet temple. Finally I have a tea ceremony experience in my house.
