We loved the photography tour with Laurent. He was very knowledgable, an excellent photographer and gave a great overview over the city (old city, forts and good spots for drinks and dinner). We could ask him anything about living in Marseilles - now and then.

If you are new to Marseille and want to find some of the best sites to photograph in the city, this tour is for you. Christopher and Laurent went out of their way to get us in front of many of Marseille's best, most representative sites to take photos, adding interesting and engaging narrative at each place. They were attentive to the needs of everyone in the group and went out of their way to accommodate us. I came away with plenty of satisfying and beautiful images to help me remember the beauty and history of Marseille.

Laurent was welcoming to everyone in the group and encouraged us to take pictures at every opportunity. He was patient as we got the right shot, and gave suggestions for thinking differently about those shots such as angles, perspective, buildings/ architecture, and scenes, and in ways I was unaccustomed to. It was so much fun! Laurent shared the history of Marseille as we went through different areas and stopped at particular spots for photographs. I loved learning the stories behind what we were seeing. Laurent saw to the needs of everyone in the group. He could not have been a better guide both in knowledge, experience and caring.

Incredible person, very charismatic and knowledgable about the history of Marseille. He doesn’t just point out the landmarks without sharing every last bit of detail and you would genuinely leave knowing tons of information.

Christopher was warm, friendly and set a perfect pace for our tour. We asked questions on many different topics and he either knew the answer or had the knowledge at his fingertips (and not just on his phone). We would never have know about the cistern or the windmills or the cat who has an abandoned vehicle for its own kitty condo. Chris was able to accommodate me as a photographer and the rest of our group as walkers and information seekers. He recommended a number of places that we would not have found on our own. Thank you! Looking forward to recommending you and your photo tour to others.
