What you'll do
You will arrive at one of our gorgeous spring fed lakes inSouth Orlando. We are located near the attractions and the airport. Our home lake was inhabited by the Timucua tribe and is still one of the cleanest lakes in America. It is home to bald eagles, owls and other lake birds as well as otters, fish and turtles. This has always been my favorite environment for meditation. It is the place where I feel the most connected to nature and to myself. It is my honor to share this space with guests.
We will settle into our beautiful water environment on super stable paddleboards anchored near shore.
I will begin with a very gentle yoga stretch to prepare your mind to rest in meditation.
After the gentle yoga, you will be led through a guided meditation with specially chosen music for your experience.
After the guided meditation, you will be invited to stay immersed in your meditation for a few minutes under the watchful eye of your instructor.
After our meditation session, you will be able to take home a specially chosen guide for meditation in your home space!
Other things to note
You do not need to have any paddleboard experience to enjoy the floating meditation. You will not be in the water. Wear comfortable clothing. I will send additional information on our meeting location. We choose locations based on weather and wind conditions as well as the size of the group.

Where you'll be
You will arrive at my home lake in South Orlando and we will launch our boards from the beach.
I will provide "floating yoga mats" (paddleboards) which are anchored on the water itself.

Jennifer made our experience worth it. I traveled from New York City with my sister and mom and I am learning about yoga and meditation and what caught my eye, as I read the things Jennifer offers, it was that she helps beginners understand meditation and yoga. We received so much Value. Jennifer is a phenomenal instructor. She takes her time and goes at your pace and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I am so happy and grateful we cross paths, this is something I would recommend for anyone that is interested, beginning or even has been doing it. It was a wonderful experience. Wonderful experience for beginners and anyone! Jennifer is so kind, calm and has so much experience from the time that met her. I was the only one who attended the session and I’m so glad I did! I met new people, with a passion for paddle boarding and have gone to several places to practice yoga and paddle boarding. Definitely something to come back for!
