I have a passion for storytelling, and a longstanding love of Oxford and its university. I like to put people at their ease and deliver an entertaining, fun and informative tour which will be the highlight of your trip to Oxford. To do this well you have to have detailed knowledge of both the University and City. I have lived in Oxford for over 30 years and have undertaken the six-month Oxford course of the Institute of Tourist Guiding and passed the practical and written examinations to be an Official Oxford Green Badge Guide. I am also a member of the Oxford Guild of Tour Guides.

A truly wonderful experience. I’ve been on lots of walking tours in the UK, this one is by far the best. David‘s knowledge was incredible. Thoroughly entertaining and kept everyone engaged, adults and children alike. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We met David in a drizzly English afternoon in Oxford but this didn’t stop the walk being interesting and entertaining. David has a good knowledge of Oxford History and facts which he furnished us novices with, enabling us to dig further if we wanted to or had time later.
Defiantly recommended as essential to you Oxford stay-cation.
