What you'll do
We will practice yoga with the rising sun or under the fiery colors of the sky at sunset, on the fine sand of the beach nurtured by the water's sound.
I will guide you through an invigorating vinyasa flow or a gentle practice for 45 to 60 minute, followed by 15 minute mediation. Each session will start with some breathing exercises. We will connect the macrocosmo (day of the week - moon phase) with the microcosmo within us through postures that help balance our chakras. We will move, balance, ground and breathe surrounded by the sound of nature.
No previous experience needed. Everybody and every body is welcome.

Where you'll be
We will find a juicy, quiet spot on the beach to move and breath together. The rhythmic sound of the waves in front of us will be our best soundtrack.
