What you'll do

On my cosy terrace in the center of Los Cristianos, you will step by step learn how to make your own Vietnamese Spring rolls and how to use some ingredients and sauces to make the flavor. We are going to enjoy the meal during the time we’re making them together. Food is included in the price, the only thing you need to bring with you is a will to enjoy a good time! The biggest difference between Vietnamese spring rolls and Chinese spring rolls is that the crust is not wrapped in thin crust, but is wrapped with rice grind. The filling is mainly shrimp, buff, pork and local vegetables. It is a very popular dish in Vietnam. Everyone should have made this dish in a family. For the filling, you can use whatever you want: grill biff is the most common ingredient, but you can also fill these with chicken, shrimp, vegetables or a filling of various combinations.
