About your host
Your hosts will be Ronald and Stefan. We both have been the owners of this bar since 2001. We got to know the world of absinthe in the 17 years and accompanied it. We have produced some absinthes in collaboration with Germany's oldest absinthe manufacturer Ulex according to our own creation. For us, absinthe has become our life, full of fascination and creativity

What we’ll do
You will participate in an absinthe tasting, where you will learn the story, the drinking rituals and their mysticism for several hundred years. In the "Blue Hour" mentioned under Absinth drinkers, we test the art of absinthe drinking with all kinds of rituals that are of prime importance with 3 different absinthes and 1 Absinthe Cocktail. It is quite possible that you will fall for the absinthe…

Where you'll be
We will experience this absinthe tasting in one of Europe's oldest absinthe bars of modern times. Since absinthe is allowed again in Europe, there is this bar with its 200 types of absinthe and 120 Cocktails. For a long time this was the biggest selection in the world. This is something very special! The bar is located in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg district.
