Sail Casco Bay aboard Juliet

South Portland, Maine, United States

Experience hosted by Brock

What you'll do

Guests will board our beautiful 39-foot sailing yacht at our slip in the marina. We'll tour the boat, review safety, and answer any questions before departing on a relaxing three-hour sailing tour of Portland Harbor and Casco Bay.
You'll enjoy fantastic views of Portland's working waterfront, stunning coastline, famous lighthouses, and unique marine wildlife. We regularly see seals and eagles and many different kinds of seabirds. Occasionally, we see a whale if the conditions allow us to venture a short ways offshore.
The sailing in Maine is excellent. If you have some sailing experience, feel free to grab the wheel or help trim sails, or simply let the captain take care of everything.
The boat will return to the same dock where guests boarded.
Other things to note
Our boat slip is located in South Port Marine (near Snowsquall restaurant). Please do not park in the marina's parking lot. There is plenty of free street parking nearby. Captain Brock will meet you on the lawn near the dock entrance, next to flagpole and picnic tables.

Our sail trip with Captain Brock was one of our favorite parts of our trip. The weather, the boat, and our host could not have been better. I highly recommend a trip with him on the Juliette!

Brock was super friendly and was a very knowledgeable tour guide. Juliet is a beautiful and impeccably maintained boat that felt a lot bigger than her official size. A beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy all the beauty Casco Bay has on offer, and suitable for all ages.

An ok experience. The boat was beautiful and weather was wonderful but Brock wasn’t as engaging as I would have hoped for during the sail. The food wasn’t offered to us either and we were 30 minutes late getting back to the marina. Overall, loved being on the boat. Just could have been a bit better hosting for the price we paid.
