What you'll do

After picking you up from Portland International Airport or another designated East Portland location, I'll take you on two short, moderately strenuous, amazing, scenic, off-the-beaten-path hikes to Abiqua Falls and Butte Creek Falls, two little-known waterfalls in Oregon. Hikes with few hikers and fewer tourists. Waterfalls that will take your breath away.

On the way and in between the two hikes, we'll take in the spectacular beauty of Oregon.

I'll share water, snacks, sunblock, and great conversation with you, along with insight I've gained from hiking the Pacific Northwest for the past 16 years.

Upon arrival at our destinations, I'll share photography tips with you, if you'd like, to help you capture those cascades like a pro and make your Instagram followers drool.

Once we hike back, I'll drop you back off at your preferred Portland destination. All transportation costs, of course, are included, as are all applicable trailhead and parking fees.
Other things to note
Bring your sense of adventure, a camera or phone, and sturdy shoes or hiking boots, preferably waterproof. I'll take care of the rest!

I'm a published adventure blogger, TV personality, and photographer who has called Oregon home for the last sixteen years. I've hiked, and photographed, every known waterfall within a 90-minute radius of Portland, including those only found on Google Earth. I know dozens of secret spots and trails that are on public land but don't show up in guidebooks or online. I have also climbed over 70 mountains taller than 14,000' across six continents, as well as all but two of Oregon's volcanoes over 7,000'. More importantly, I love people, and between my Communications degree and my extensive TV and music performance experience, I am adept at making every single person who chooses my experience feel welcomed and comfortable, and tailor-make the experience to their needs and capacities.

Where you'll be

We will hike Upper Bridal Veil and Gorton Creek Falls, two hidden gem waterfalls of Oregon's Columbia River Gorge. Along the way, we will drive by Latourell Falls, Mist Falls, Multnomah Falls, Wahkeena Falls, Horsetail Falls, and more, some of my favorite waterfalls on the planet.
