Where you'll be

There are two walks available. One takes place in Bronte, meandering among trees, bushes, flowers and smells of nature. Mainly in the shade.
The other is a coastal walk highlighting the element of water. This requires you to be prepared for lots of sun.
Both walks are Nature Therapy Guided walks, which include times to sit, times to wander and times to share our experiences within a framework designed to let nature do its work.

Michelle is a gentle and joyful guide. She created space for us to slow down and immerse ourselves in the experience. Bronte park is an urban paradise. With Michelle's guidance we were able to appreciate and respect the value of this natural place. So much to sense. The experience left me feeling grounded and confident.
