I have a BFA in painting and over 6 years experience with my ceramic business in Los Angeles and now here on Vashon Island. I teach a unique hand building technique called Nerikomi which is a very beautiful way of decorating work using the natural colors of the clay itself. I have hosted ceramic classes for all levels of experience from hand building to throwing clay on a wheel. I have two kilns and all the supplies and tools of a full production studio. I love to provide people with fun and enriching experiences and to share my studio space gives me a lot of satisfaction and joy.
