True gave an informative, interesting and entertaining tour, I highly recommend! This walking tour around many historical landmarks provided an opportunity to learn the history of the island in what felt to be an authentic way. Definitely wear sneakers as the roads and walkways are rather uneven around the island. She made the group feel comfortable and welcome and was available at the end of the tour for directions questions or recommendations. we walked to the meeting spot when we exited our cruise ship. we docked at about 8:15 and had plenty of time to grab coffee and meet up at the 9:00 rendezvous... it was approximately a 10-minute walk from the port. The tour was a perfect length and we were able to enjoy a leisurely lunch and shopping before returning to our ship around 3:00 p.m..

This was an amazing way to kick off our time in the Bahamas. Tru was an amazing tour guide, very knowledgeable and friendly! We were glad to have an expert local point out all of the history of the places we were seeing, rather than trying to tour them on our own. I would definitely recommend this tour!

This was a fantastic beginning to our Bahamas trip. Our family ranged in age from 9 to 72 and everyone was engaged and interested in this tour. Trueranda is very knowledgeable about the history of the Bahamas as well as all the flora and fauna of the region. My kids ask a lot of questions and there wasn’t an answer she didn’t know! She was very patient with the questions. This is a must-do experience if you want to add some historical context to your vacation. Thanks True for a wonderful tour!

This was a perfect tour to get a quick glimpse of the city of Nassau. We saw all the important sites and learned a lot about the history of the city. The length of the tour was perfect. We parked in the McDonald’s parking lot but I asked the security guard for permission which he gladly approved.

Trueranda is a great storyteller, very knowledgeable, friendly and well-spoken. The tour was the perfect amount of walking and history without being overwhelmed or too tired! I'd definitely recommend this as a nice thing to do when you first arrive to get your bearings and soak in a bit of local history and culture.
