Sarah is a great host. She loves her music and her neighbourhood, and shares it with you in a natural and easy going way. Loved the bars, record shopping, and restaurants we visited with Sarah. Each part of the experience brought a different part of Tokyo to life. Mixing vinyl was fun! You'll enjoy Sarah's company and you'll enjoy her view of Tokyo.

I had a really great time on this tour. It takes you out of the heart of Tokyo, and explore a nice beyond what the normal tourist may experience, hitting up more of the less touristy areas. It's good to see vinyl is still alive and well in Tokyo. We hit up some great vinyl spots. Whatever you maybe into, Sarah's tour will find it for you. Also visited some great little night spots with a little more character and off the beaten path. The suppers were really good, with the final supper experience being fantastic. Sarah was a blast to hang out with. It was great to get an expats view of Tokyo and Japan in general, and extremely helpful. If I was in Tokyo again, I'd probably take the tour again, just to visit the shops and hang out

This was a fantastic experience that I couldn't have been happier with. Sarah was not only super knowledgable about music, the best record shops, and the music scene in Japan but she was also a great neighborhood guide. We found so many places that we ended up going back to and ones we never would have found on our own. We ended up buying so many rare and exceptional records that we had to buy a new suitcase to bring them home. So much fun!

Sarah is fun, outgoing, friendly and still truly Australian (although she denies it). The experiences included a range of restaurants, bars and record stores. Sarah was very knowledgable in all aspects of Japanese culture and was helpful to provide recommendations ahead of our scheduled first meeting. The trip description was accurate and Sarah exceeded expectations in her ability to be responsive and welcoming. Sarah is a lovely human being and is always prepared during every experience. I would recommend this trip to others! Great job!

Sarah is like a friend showing her neighborhood and its secrets. We arrived earlier at Shimokitazawa to walk around the area and we met Sarah for - a great - dinner. I think that was one of my best Izakayas Experience. And I felt like I was having a drink with friends. Next day we had 2 more experiences: We started with a record digging. From a smalllocal record shop to bigger ones with all kinds of things for festivals - even boots. If you're into Vinil, prepare your pockets. Then we went to this really cozyfunkyhidden bar to play some records and drink some beers. After a shower brake and dropoff-shopping-baggage we met again for a great dinner at a small family restaurant. Another great feast experience. :D Sarah is still in contact with us giving some great tips of what's hot on her music scene in Tokyo. Was a really city host experience as she showed us hidden places that she loves.

Overall, the experience was one of a kind and something not to miss. On the first day Sarah took us one to one of her local restaurents in her neighborhood. It gave us the experience of eating like a local and the taste of authentic japanese food. She took her to some of her favourite bars that we would of never of thought of finding. The second day was purely a day for vinyls heads, showing us some of the local record stores around shimokitazawa. Was a great experience overall, and an even better host. Sarah knows her s*** and is a ball of fun
