天ぷらには季節の野草を使います。
ここ福津市上西郷は農業区域であり沢山の田畑があります。
野草やお花摘みは童心に帰ります。農道には日本の代表的な野草であるヨモギや土筆、葛や椿の花、つわやフキノトウ、など沢山の自然が残されています。
博多からも北九州からもJRにて30分の福津市は都会すぎず田舎の風情も残された最高の場所です。農業地域上西郷での広々とした田畑の中での穏やかな時間です。
