Iker is a fantastic sailor and guide. When dolphins began leaping and splashing around us, he deftly maneuvered the boat so that we could catch the best views of them. His tour of the mangroves included sightings of starfish, sea cucumber, wild scallops, oyster catchers and other exotic animals, on a secluded beach you can only reach by boat. A peak experience to be sure. I am an experienced sailor, and I felt very confident of his boat handling skills--the boat is small, but that makes it an exciting, close-to-the-water experience. Highly recommended.

Iker is such a great guy! This tour is perfect for those looking for an actual adventure since sailing on a small boat can be a bit wet but also exhilarating. Iker's knowledge of local flora and fauna is a treat. Perfect trip for the naturally curious person who wants to find starfish, identify local clams, see where baby fish grow up in the mangroves, and learn some of the history of this amazing place. Totally recommend.

My husband and I sail but we’ve never been in a butterfly before. We learned a lot about sailing a small boat and flora fauna. Iker was a really fun host. Be sure to wear clothes that can get soaked and a waterproof bag.
