What you'll do

1.We will begin with breathing exercises to connect with our body and mind. (Approximately 10 minutes)
2.Then a therapeutic yoga session with gentle movements to stretch and relax. (30 min. Approx.)
3.I will then begin an energy leveling through acupressure and / or crystal therapy. (40min. Approx.)
4.We will finish with a guided meditation (10 minutes).
Additional At the end we will have a simple snack.

Where you'll be

Therapy will be performed outdoors in the green areas of Matheson Hammock Park located in South Miami on the famous Old Cutler Road.
This park has an incredible natural beauty since you can enjoy the sea and majestic vegetation, it is also a very quiet place
This park has gardens overlooking the sea. We will use the garden located east of the park.

Relax, distress and get peace of mind after this experience. Ana is a very good yoga trainer and the massage vas also very good. The place - Matheson Park - was also very nice and quiet.

I highly recommend This experience. Ana is a great yoga teacher and cranio sacral therapist. I had a great time with her and I felt amazingly well after the class.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID
