What you'll do

Guests will be introduced to the fantastic beauty of the Santa Cruz / Monterey Bay Area, from the Pacific Ocean to majestic redwood forests. The route will be off normally traveled roads suited for all levels of seasoned cyclists. We will begin our ride from Capitola, paralleling the coast, then head to the redwoods above Aptos Village. The route takes us through apple and olive orchards and by lush horse pastures, by family owned wineries, to a beautiful climb into the canopy of the redwoods above Corralitos.

Before riding, we’ll perform a bike and helmet safety check, and talk about what to do and not do, to feel safe and confident during the ride. During the ride, we’ll stop as frequently as desired for photo ops, rest and snacks. We will cap off the ride at a local winery, craft beer brewery or beer garden, all found along the ride route.
Other things to note
At a minimum, guests should physically be able to complete a 15 mile bike ride. Hills may be involved. Please consult your doctor in advance. Helmets are mandatory.
