Where you'll be

Um Qais is located on the northern hills of Jordan and overlooks the Yarmouk and Jordan Valleys some 500 metres below. Um Qais is also home to the Yarmouk Nature Reserve, which is the last deciduous oak tree forrest in Jordan, and also home to a number of stunning trails. The Golan Heights, Jabal Sheikh/Mount Hermon, and the Sea of Tiberias can also be seen from the hills of Um Qais.
