Tharmendran was a friendly and polite host. He took us to all the places mentioned in the Airbnb listing except the breakfast/lunch. Not sure if it was because we had eaten breakfast by the time he picked us up or if it was just omitted for another reason. Our stops included the following: photo op of twin towers (he had a cool fish lens gadget), Batu Caves, Chinese temple, Mosque, then finally Independence square. Other than driving us to these stops and answering the questions we had about the city and country we had for him, there wasn’t much else to the “tour” that we couldn’t find elsewhere.

Overall a very nice experience especially for people who don’t have so much time in KL but still want to see as much as possible.
We were a bit unlucky because we had to wait over half an hour for the other participants in the beginning because they were late, however this was completely on their account. The rotation was super flexible depending on what we were interested in seeing and we got some great advice and tips!
Definitely recommend this for all who want to see the main sights, however please be aware that you’ll get some general knowledge about the history but it’s more of an overview than detailed information (time would be too little to learn all that anyway). If you have little time and big plans - do it! :)

It was a solo trip. Nobody else booked on the same schedule so I had the trip by myself. I had a great time. My host, Tharmen was really nice. He knows a lot of stuff about the places we went to. I was picked up and dropped off in my place. No problems with a few stops that I requested.
