Where you'll be

Come to the organic farm where Destiny Ranch is located. A very unique Western Ranch on an organic farm in Southern Ontario. You will enter into the 120 year old rustic barn where you will get fitted with the proper equipment for your experience.
In the barn you will also meet your new horse friend . You will then get some further instruction before you will finally ride a horse! Great photo ops throughout this experience.

This was a truly wonderful experience. The staff was friendly. Our trainer and guide, Steven, was so down to earth, personable, friendly, and made us feel great no matter what level we came with. This was our first time ever and he made me feel like i was safe and he will take care of us, AND that it's a piece of cake and we can do it on our own, all at once. He was quiet for majority of ride, only speaking to make sure everyone was ok. But that's because this is meant to be a relaxing and serene experience. It was a if he didn't want to disrupt anyone tranquility. Before we headed out he walked us around and we got to meet other "characters on the farm". Rosco the goat kept eating my shirt. And when i finally told him to stop he knocked me with his horn 🤣 one of my favourite moments of the experience. We also met some of the cows, and got to bond with the horses. The horses were friendly and easy to communicate with. My friend had one that was constantly trying to eat, but still not unsafe, just pigging out a bit. Lol. The trail is lovely. At first i thought it was just a 10 minute thing around the farm and ranch but then we went into the neighbouring park and i was blown away. What a gorgeous view! And well worth it hour experience. We loved it so much that my friend, who isn't the review- leaving type, insisted that i leave a great review! And we plan on coming back in the snow and the summer, to this exact ranch (even though he's the type who always wants to try other places). That's how much we enjoyed it! Wear comfortable clothes, boots and gloves. You'll need them.

We had an amazing time at this barn. I myself have gone horse back riding but it was nothing like this! What amazing scenery, people and animals. Our tour guide was full of jokes, made everyone feel comfortable and was full of information. He also informed us on their airbnb tipi stay and on all the renos they are doing. We 100% suggest coming here and checking everything they have available! Thank you everyone and we will be coming back !
