What you'll do

We will start with our sourdough starter, you will learn how to make it from scratch, maintain and keep alive! We will make delicious loaves and a fougasse (a pretty looking bread from south of France). We will then start cooking our shakshuka (baked eggs with fresh tomatoes and peppers) for lunch. I will share all my knowledge and some Cordon Bleu tips but more importantly we will have so much fun! It'll be a great homely experience rather than a formal class. The best part will be having lunch together of our freshly baked bread with shakshuka, home-made dips & jams.
Other things to note
Guests ages 10 and up can attend with their parents. Please message me for alternative dates and times.

Where you'll be

We will be cooking or baking in my lovely home, there is an airy & light kitchen extension and you'll love the interior decor. If it's sunny, we will eat outside in the garden. 20 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the town centre. Please let me know if you need a lift.
