What you'll do

We start by disinfecting the bottoms of our shoes and we explain what biosecurity is and why it is so important when you have animals. We will visit all of the animal pastures one by one where we will talk about how they are taken care of sustainably on our 28-acre farm. We will visit the high tunnel and gardens to see what is growing now. During the tour, we will have opportunities to feed birds, pigs, goats, and hold a baby goat or any other available babies along the way. Get hands-on experience milking a goat or bottle feeding a baby animal (when available).

Visit with our many farm livestock. See our ducks, geese, peacocks, numerous chicken breeds, turkeys, and quail. Some of our breeds are but not limited to Myotonic or Tennessee fainting goats, Kiko buck goats and our princess Nubian goat, Khaki Campbell, Kyoga ducks, and American Pekin ducks, and many more.

Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes you don't mind getting dirty. No pets allowed.

My husband and I have been studying natural agricultural practices and raising happy animals for the past five years. We started as urban farmers and now have moved to a rural farm to expand our offerings to the public. We currently sell our jams, infused vinegar, mustard, farm-fresh foods, goat and chicken at farmer's markets and retail locations locally. We can discuss sustainable agricultural and raising animals that are healthy and happy. We have a high tunnel for vegetables as well as goats, sheep, pigs, cows, a wide variety of poultry including rare and unusual breeds, and livestock guardian dogs.

Laid back, up-close interaction with animals. Great experience for kids and nice opportunity to learn about how the farm works and the different aspects of the farm. Enjoyed our time and excited to try our infused vinegar.

We loved this little tour! They have such a variety of animals and plants. We learned a great deal and hope to take it with us when starting our own farm journey. They were really down to earth and beyond helpful. We got to play with baby goats and just enjoy being in the midst of all of the animals who were all friendly

Good place. Very knowledgeable about various topics. Nicely ran organization. Took time to answer questions. Informative. Wished I could've spent more days.
