What you'll do

We will meet at Cromwell Valley Park (I will provide directions). Please bring water and a yoga mat, I will have some to borrow. We will do some sun salutations in the grassy area near parking to prepare for our hike. We will start our hike with a little bit of elevation to get our bodies warmer. Once we get to an open area, we will unroll our mats/towels/throw on yoga paws and I will lead you through a 30 minute class. There is a possibility of doing yoga in more than one location and pictures along the way are greatly encouraged. We will then continue the hike back to our cars. Option to do a cool down flow back at our cars. Unfortunately these hikes are not wheelchair accessible. Hiking route may change due to trail conditions.

I have been practicing yoga since 2004 and recently completed my teacher training hours in both hatha yoga and aerial yoga. I have been hiking since I was a child, so why not combine the two? I love nature and helping others explore areas they might not think to visit. Adding yoga to the mix just makes it that much more fun.

What's included

I will provide a gluten free snack. Either fruit or a granola bar.

Where you'll be

We will visit Cromwell Valley Park parking at the WEST entrance where the park office is located. We will gather and start hiking the Wellington Woods Trail. This trail does have some elevation to get us warm. From there we will hike Sherwood Farm trail and find a flat space to practice yoga. Option to visit lime kilns and the log house and do yoga there as well. Then we will head back to our cars.

Guest requirements

Up to 8 guests ages 18 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
