Firstly, this is not your typical 'Jalan Alor' street food market! :-) 'Pasar Malam' or night market is happening daily in numerous locations in the city. Our meeting point will be Pasar Seni MRT station, one of the city main transport hub located right in the middle of Chinatown, but I should be able to pick you up from your accommodation if you stay within city center :-) We will spend about an hour walking through the market & immerse ourselves in an authentic local experience. You get to buy some of the local food that is out of the common tourist traps & also shop some affordable souvenirs to bring back home. As the markets are catered mainly for the locals, the prices are rather competitive here than the ones you find in the city center. Once done with our shopping, we then make our way to Merdeka Square, to enjoy our evening picnic on an open grass field with many majestic historical buildings as our background. What other perfect way to burn off the calories from the dinner than to walk it off around the area afterwards? I will also share with you many impressive stories of the area during our evening stroll, which will be our last activity of the experience
