I booked this experience last minute because it was close to my accommodation and fits my schedule. It turned out so great that it changed how I view and drink sake from now on. Yukari was really friendly and knowledgeable, she owns a nice and cozy restaurant where she pair sake with French food. If you look for a tasting class where you learn not only about how sake is made and its history but also the correct way to heat up a hot sake so you can enjoy and get the best taste of it, take this one. Even though it was only 3 types of sake but it was served in a generous amount to make sure you get enough to enjoy and understand the difference of each type’s flavor and how the temperature could make a difference. I would definitely come back to try her food and sake paring if I visit Tokyo again :)
