What you'll do

No previous experience is required!

This is what we'll do:
- 5 minute meditation
- 10 minute stretching
- Learn to setup and take down the slack line
- Learn to stand on the slack line, sit, and walk a few steps minimum on the slack line
- Explore the park

In case you don't know what slacklining is, "slacklining refers to the act of walking or balancing along a suspended length of flat webbing that is tensioned between two anchors. Slacklining is similar to tightrope walking."

I am an Experience host, Entrepreneur and fund raiser. I will take you on a journey of self- awareness, both body and mind.

I have been practicing and teaching slack-lining for the last 4+ years to humans of all ages. Slack-lining has created such a positive impact in my life that i want as many people to try it as possible :)

Where you'll be

We will meet at Cubbon park, outside Century club or close to state central library.

After the session i will take you to eat some yummy south indian breakfast around the park.

Hardik is clearly devoted to slacklining as a way of life. He is kind and gentle with his participants and a fun person to engage with. I highly recommend this experience with him.
