What you'll do

Located in Benton, PA at Barakah Heritage Farm.

Meet, pet and cuddle our friendly Fainting and rare British Guernsey goats.
And now the first baby goat of 2022 is here! Meet and cuddle Dot's baby girl!

In winter, the tours are in the outdoor goat pen. Picnic chairs and benches are provided. Dress warmly!

You will pet, feed and visit with our goats while learning about the breed histories, and what makes our farm approach very unique. Expect to be examined and nibbled by curious goats. Selfies and photos with the herd are encouraged - we are happy to assist. We wrap up your tour with treat feeding (we provide the treats). The goats are VERY enthusiastic and clever; you can expect to be mugged (in a fun way).

We hope you leave with goatie hoof prints on your clothes, and in your heart.

No pets in cars/on tours, for their safety and our animals' safety - Please give advance notice of service animals - no RV/trailer parking - security cameras on site

While this is not a horse experience, by entering the farm, under PA State Law you assume all the risk of equine activity.

We had such a great time learning about goats and feeding them at the end! The animals are well cared for and loved and we spent the first part of the tour making sure they were comfortable with us. We got so lucky because a baby was born the morning we visited. Everyone should book this experience! We will be back.

We had a blast playing with goats and spending time with Carrie. She was communicative and lovely, and really made an effort to make sure we were as warm as could be on a frigid day. Would love to come back!

My 13yo son and I drove 3.5 hours to participate in this experience and it was totally worth it! Mychey taught us so much about the goats and the farms itself. The goats were so sweet and soft! We are going back in the Spring to see the baby goats that will be born this winter.
