What you'll do
Welcome to our farm to table, funny and aware cooking class! If you love to cook with local and fresh ingredients, inspired by the season and the market availability, this is the perfect experience for you: we will choose the perfect ingredients and cook together a delicious family meal from farm to your fork. Enjoy! In fact, it’s a one-of-a-kind cooking experience because you will have the possibility to cook with the best local ingredients and together with a professional chef! We will buy at a farmer market and then visit our community garden and then cook several tapas with our resident chef Beppe, learning all his tips and tricks about fresh products and how to cook them. Written recipes will be available in order that you can reproduce everything at home. You will be greeted with a refreshing local craft beer and afterwards you will taste an organic wine from a local small-scale winery.
