I was in Joshua Tree for the first time & by myself, I planned this activity to learn about the native plants because they are so different from what we have on the east coast. Christina was very knowledgeable & passionate and her excitement was contagious. Would definitely do again because she has several different spots she take on tours with different plant offerings!

My mom and I attended Christina’s herbal walk and it was a truly special event for us to share together! Christina has a breadth of information to share about local plants and you can really feel her passion for educating others on the different plants you can find in the palm desert. We left feeling connected to the area, inspired to learn more about our own local plants and herbs, and with an awesome honey/Yerba Santa concoction to take home! Thank you Christina for such a special experience.

We were in from Chicago and looking for a different experience. We don't know anything about plants and we are very novice to hiking and in our 30s. The hike was beautiful and easy. I learned so much about plants and functional wellness from herbalism. Christina was very knowledgeable about the subject and personable. She even made some tea for us since it was cold out. I learned about something new and got outdoors. Overall I'm very happy!
