What you'll do
When you arrived at my home, we start lesson. If you want to have a shopping experience at a local supermarket, you can buy food with me at the supermarket before going my home. At the lesson, we will make Vegan Ramen and Vegan Gyoza. When the lesson begins, I'll explain about Vegan Japanese broth(Dashi). You can cut and fry vegetables, and you can see a lot of Japanese seasonings. Once you make a filling of gyoza, you can actually wrap it with the gyoza wrappers. You’ve finished making all the dishes, you can try them. If you want, you can eat in a Japanese-style room.

Hello everyone. I'm Kayo. The mother of three kids. I enjoy making meals and lunch boxes for them everyday. I try to make Japanese cuisine for their health and growth. I love making and eating Japanese cuisine(Washoku) and sweet(Wagashi). I received a lecture from BentoYa Cooking (Japanese cooking association for vegan and vegetarian), and certified as an instructor. I want to pass on Japanese cuisine that can accommodate the food diversity. So, I’m ready to teach Japanese cuisine for vegan and vegetarian. Our recipes are Japanese cuisine made from only vegetable ingredients. It’s very healthy and traditional, and you’re sure to be happy with it. Let’s enjoy cooking together:)
