About your host, Taylor
I started as a water baby and now I'm here. I absolutely love teaching on the water and melding my two loves, yoga and paddling. I am a certified yoga instructor and have taught paddleboarding for almost 10 years, as well as trained over 300 teachers in paddleboard yoga.
What we’ll do
We'll start with a brief safety lesson on the beach before we enjoy a relaxing paddle warm-up, where we might even paddle by some sea lions. Balancing with our breath and connecting to nature makes this a truly unique experience. I'll then teach a slow Hatha or Vinyasa yoga class for all levels, which is beginner friendly. I will send you photos after the class as a fun memento.

I'll provide paddleboards, life vests, and photos.
Who can come
Guests ages 14 and up can attend.
Bring a hat, and wear long sleeves, workout wear, or a bathing suit. Keep in mind you'll be doing yoga poses, so keep it comfy. I'll have a van to lock your belongings in but leave cellphones at home.
Where we’ll be
We'll be in Newport Beach and will meet at a beach near Marina Park on the harbor side of the peninsula, where the water is calm and flat. We'll paddle into the harbor and link up to a boat line for our yoga class. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby to enjoy after this experience.
