What you'll do

I'll jump straight into it. A short hike in the wonderful leafy Karura forest will kick start the journey. This will be followed by a guided meditation session in the forest near River Cafe which will connect your mind body and soul to nature. The session will encompass a number of varied physical movements and eventually end in quiet contemplation. The session will conclude with a conversation about the experience afterwards

Get in touch if you wish to join me on a nature walks, guided meditation, relaxation and sun gazing. Relax your body, mind and soul while on your visit in Nairobi's Nature. In the session, healing sessions which include Reiki, Shambavi and Quantum healing will be available. If you're in town for a few days and have some time to ease, feel free to hit me up.

Where you'll be

We'll visit Karura Forest. After taking a short walk, we'll stretch the body with some yoga then dive into the sub conscious mind, the conscious mind, and finally get back into the in the present. The now.

Guest requirements

Up to 7 guests ages 18 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
