What you'll do
Classes begin with an introduction to eco-conscious cooking and its philosophy. We then review the recipes we are going to cook, and we choose the adapted products by learning their nutritional and taste values, their origin, and seasonality. We prepare each recipe together with gestures adapted to each level of cooking know-how. The course lasts an average of 3 hours and ends with a meal with all participants.
