What you'll do

In facilitating this experience my intention is to show you how to tap into your own intuition (and trust it!), get messages from your heart, craft a soul narrative (your own mantra or personal/soul mission statement), access your own healer within, and feel more empowered and confident.

After a brief introduction to break the ice, we will do a 45-minute guided meditation that'll include a sound bath (I play a steel tongue drum, singing bowls and chimes). This opens the space for each participant to learn to feel the subtle energies that surround us, and to recognize and align with their intuition.

The experience will focus on gratitude, stepping into your own power, listening within to find where you feel you could become more powerful, learning to trust your inner guidance, letting go of that which limits your energy, and showing you how to connect to a life-force energy that pervades everything.

Once the meditation is over, we'll share what came up for each of us, to whatever extent each person is comfortable sharing. Each participant will then craft their own soul/personal narrative (with guidance), which can be as brief as one sentence, or as long as a short paragraph. The objective is to craft something that can be memorized and recited as needed, to remind you of your personal power and the strength of your intuition.
Other things to note
I have two dogs, if you are allergic to or afraid of dogs, please let me know ahead of time.

This is an inclusive experience (all genders, sexual orientations, races, etc. are welcome)!

Hello,

I'm Chenee, a holistic healthcare practitioner. I'm a certified Usui Reiki teacher/practitioner (Shinpiden level), a certified sound healing facilitator, and an intuitive. I've been offering my services in my private wellness arts practice for over a decade. I am passionate about what I do, and enjoy meeting new people and facilitating their connection to their own "healer within."

Having attended many meditation retreats over the past 30 years, including a 10-day silent Zen retreat, and a 15-day Wisdom School retreat, has allowed me to develop an in depth understanding of various modalities of both meditation and wellness practices.

I've blended what most enlivens me from these various modalities and have developed practices that bring me, as well as my clients, a sense of balance, vitality and joy.
